What do I fight for? I fight because no one should be afraid of the water they drink, I fight for my friends in Kenya, but mainly I fight because of my mom. Every year I watch her organize multiple events to raise money for water filters and lead trips to Kenya to help distribute them.
She has so much love in her heart that she inspires me every time that I go to train. Seeing the smile on her face when I won last year was one of the happiest times I can remember.
I am so proud to be her son, and I hope to make her proud when I step into the ring again in November.
